Julia Hepner

Partner and Head of Growth and Relationships

Julia wanted to be an architect until she lucked out with an inspirational VI Form law tutor, who changed the course of her career.

After training in Mayfair, Julia moved to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer on qualification where she had the privilege to work for some of the firm’s key real estate clients. Julia then moved to Taylor Wessing, where she revolutionised the standard idea of a Professional Support Lawyer, setting up new libraries and systems with the help of her famed booze trolley.

In 2008, Julia had a career break to support family (young and old); during that time Julia fundraised and volunteered at a local primary school and for her community association.

A new challenge was required when the children were both at school, so Julia created and pitched an idea to Cripps, who took a leap of faith and employed her to create and develop a brand new role, leading a client insights programme. The role grew from strength to strength, with Julia being entrusted with the care of the firm’s most important and valuable clients.

Julia is a Partner and Head of Growth and Relationships, supporting the stable of MD Communications clients.

Julia lives in Kent with her husband and two children. Without a dog (sadly).
