As Partner and Head of International and Business Development, Linsay supports clients on the strategy and execution of raising profile, growing client relationships and winning work across domestic and international markets. She is a recognised figure in legal‑sector business development, with a particular focus on international growth alongside domestic market development.
A former projects lawyer and senior in‑house BD leader, Linsay has shaped growth strategy and delivered pitches and submissions, client development and cross‑border relationship building for firms and networks operating in competitive global markets.
With 27 years’ experience across legal practice, business development and international growth, she has worked with firms worldwide and led the directories and bids function for a top‑50 UK law firm. She is also an Officer of the IBA Asset Recovery Committee and previously served as an elected member of the Law Society of Scotland Regulatory Committee, reflecting her long‑standing engagement with the international legal community.
