Zoe spent over a decade in the London press office of The Royal Bank of Scotland, where she led media relations for the Corporate, Commercial, and Corporate Finance divisions. During this time, she secured a consistent stream of corporate deal communications resulting in top tier media coverage.

One of Zoe’s most significant professional challenges came during the 2008 global financial crisis. Drawing on her crisis communications expertise, she played a pivotal role in protecting RBS’s reputation, working closely with the UK and international media to deliver timely, accurate responses and strategic press statements.

Since then, Zoe has supported a range of clients, from high street banks and top 50 accountancy firms, to UK and international law practices and UK SMEs, creating proactive communication strategies that drive national, B2B and trade media results.
