LinkedIn training for individuals
There was a time when LinkedIn was just for recruiters, little more than an online resume for professionals, but this has shifted dramatically over the past five years, especially since the pandemic. Reputations are being made predominantly online now. The future of the legal industry will be a hybrid existence for us all, so the need for a first-rate digital reputation is essential.
We would like to help you get your digital reputation as good as it deserves to be, starting with your LinkedIn profile.
Profile Building | 45 minutes
During this 45-minute session, our trainer will take you through your profile so that at the end you have an ‘all-star’ status giving you the best chance to get more work either directly or through referrals.
She will also show you your social selling index (SSI) score and how to improve it. This shows just how effective you are at establishing your reputation, finding the right people, engaging with insights and building relationships.
Content and Activity Review | 1 hour
A regular request following training is for a review of your output after 6 weeks. We spend an hour with you discussing the posts you’ve generated, looking at areas for improvement, including your SSI score and helping you fine-tune your next round of content.
This independent check in helps for a number of reasons:
Accountability – knowing you have a session with us after 6 weeks usually increases social output.
Questions – a safe space to ask questions and improve output.
Expertise – an outside perspective from an expert who uses LinkedIn on a daily basis.
Online.
Busy lawyers with limited time.
After the sessions, you’ll walk away with:
- An ‘all-star’ profile
- An action plan to improve your SSI score
- Feel more confident around interacting on LinkedIn.
The course has been designed for those with a free LinkedIn account, it’s a practical session, please bring a laptop.
Just finished an illuminating and inspirational session on LinkedIn with the amazing Bev Salt. She gave me loads of ideas and more importantly hope that it might be possible.
