Exciting news! In the lead-up to the Legal 5k Run, with our event partners LGN Wellbeing we will be providing a free weekly running club service to help you prepare, meet fellow attendees, and get the most from your participation in the upcoming Legal 5k Run.
Starting on Tuesday 18 March, join LGN Wellbeing’s expert running coach (a sub 15 minute 5k runner) for six weeks of motivational training, advice, and Q&A support.
The LGN Wellbeing run club coaching welcomes all abilities and the sessions are designed to push current fitness levels and yet keep all participants together.
Sessions will take place from 18 March every Tuesday at 12:30-1:30pm from Lincoln’s Inn Fields – a perfect way to break up the workday and get Legal 5k Run ready!
Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or just want to enjoy the run, these sessions will build your confidence while giving you a taste of what the LGN Wellbeing running clubs can offer.
