Katy leads our employer brand team. She has vast experience in PR and brand teams within top 100 law firms as well as law firms globally in articulating the purpose and values that drive the culture of a firm. Katy has designed employer brand strategies that attract and retain employees who understand their vital role in delivering the firm’s vision
Katy gained her experience within the marketing and communications teams at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Stewarts and Browne Jacobson.
Katy managed brand communications and a rebrand for Freshfields covering its 27 offices worldwide. In addition to achieving extensive positive regional and national media coverage for Stewarts where she headed up its PR, she also shaped its rebrand as a leading litigation law firm. She most recently worked at Browne Jacobson to design their employee value proposition, deliver their rebrand and refine the key messages to promote Browne Jacobson as a legal advisor of choice.
As part of a focus on defining and promoting Browne Jacobson’s culture, she also overhauled its social media strategy, trained teams across the firm to use LinkedIn and Twitter, and launched Instagram to attract candidates and provide a window into the values of the firm. Katy is passionate about building strong cultures where everyone’s voice is heard and as a result, clients experience the best possible service from their legal advisors.
