A former projects lawyer and senior in-house business development leader, Linsay brings 27 years’ experience across legal practice, business development and international growth. She has worked with firms worldwide and established and led the BMD and directories and bids function for several top-50 UK law firm.
Linsay helps law firms raise their profile, strengthen client relationships and win work in domestic and international markets. Named in Lawdragon’s 100 Global Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting in 2024 and 2025, she combines strategic business development expertise with a detailed understanding of how firms build reputation and grow across borders.
Alongside her client work, Linsay is Sponsorship Officer of the IBA Asset Recovery Committee and speaks at IBA events on legal directories and business development. She previously served on the Law Society of Scotland’s Regulatory Committee.
