Lucy has advised three Chancellors of the Exchequer and a number of junior ministers on positioning policy announcements, including high-profile fiscal events, and oversaw the launch of the Lifetime ISA savings product, forging a partnership with provider Skipton Building Society during her time as HM Treasury’s Head of Tax, Pensions, and Savings Communications.

She has acted as senior counsel to founders and directors of communication operating across the mortgage, banking, insurance, supply chain finance, and payments industries, working with the likes of Canada Life, Lloyds Banking Group, and Taulia, and has additionally worked with a number of global law firms operating in these spaces as well as litigation funders and accountancy bodies.

Lucy has devised and executed long-term proactive and reactive campaign strategies including around both buy- and sell-side transactions, and is also very experienced in managing the highest profile crises both in government, and for private sector firms.
