Our resilience webinar looked at emotional wellbeing in law firms and what leaders can do to model vulnerability and a culture of support and empathy.

Featuring veteran, author and resilience expert Ash Alexander-Cooper OBE, Jeff Davis, GC at the Ontario Teachers’​ Pension Plan and Wolf Theiss partner Anna Dąbrowska, we considered whether there had been a shift in the mindset since Covid or whether we had all gone back to business as usual.

The panel shared their own experiences within their personal and professional lives and pointed to the importance of using difficult times to build resilience.

We also looked at resilience hacks to develop and maintain, such as exercise, meditation, therapy, a focus on communication, and building your own community.
