MD Communications today announced that Keith Hardie, one of the legal industry’s most experienced marketing, change management and innovation leaders, is joining the leading international reputation consultancy as a partner.
Keith brings a wealth of experience to the team of 30 senior consultants at MD Communications. During his 15 years in the legal world, Keith has been responsible for supporting mergers and new office openings, driving international law firm new positioning, creating a leading digital presence and launching new ways of working globally.
He has also been heavily involved in driving legal innovation, helping to establish more than half a dozen legal start-ups and new products – some of which are now highly successful, multi-million pound businesses – and his latest role was as BCLP’s Director of Innovation Marketing and Business Development. Before joining the legal world, he spent, 15 years’ within large corporates, leading communication for multi-billion dollar mergers and supporting major transformation programmes.
As a partner at MD Communications, Keith will advise clients on strategic challenges such as those associated with implementing mergers, driving innovation and culture change, delivering strategic transformation and digitisation, and introducing new approaches to marketing and business development that deliver results. He will also support legal start-ups and those businesses targeting the legal market.
